Anxiety
Anxiety can be characterized as feeling worried, tension or general nervousness. Although most people experience anxiety it is important to note that an individual may want to seek help if it effects your daily functioning.
Depression
Depression has been described as a state of chronic sadness, difficulty with concentration, low or increased appetite and sleep disruption. In addition, an individual can feel hopeless and at times experience suicidal thoughts.
Eating Disorders
An eating disorder may be described as having an unhealthy relationship with food. Common types of eating disorders include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder.
